Privacy Policy
Rajasthan.io is a static website. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Server logs. Standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) kept for security and debugging, rotated regularly.
- No accounts, no forms. We don't ask for or store your personal information.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides people find useful — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. It sets cookies and processes a truncated version of your IP address. We never see your name, email, or identity, and we don't combine this with anything else.
Opting out of analytics
You can opt out entirely by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by enabling "Do Not Track" or tracking protection in your browser, or by blocking cookies for this site. Nothing on Rajasthan.io requires analytics to work — every guide reads exactly the same either way.
Advertising and cookies
We may show advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) to fund the site. Ad vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; see policies.google.com/technologies/ads for details and opt-outs. Where required, a consent banner will ask before advertising cookies are set.
Affiliate links
Links to booking platforms (hotels, tours) may be affiliate links, marked
rel="sponsored". Booking through them costs you nothing extra
and may earn us a commission. The booking site's own privacy policy
applies once you leave Rajasthan.io.
Your rights
Under applicable law (GDPR, India's DPDP Act, CCPA) you may have rights to access or delete personal data. We hold essentially none, but you can always write to hello@rajasthan.io.
